Ordering and Delivery
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed 24 hours through our website. Payment can be made via PayPal, direct debit or if you prefer you can email or phone your order through.
Tiny Souls uses PayPal where you can use your credit card or bankcard to make a payment.
Direct Bank Deposit: Email us for details. We accept payment via direct deposit, please provide your name as a reference.

Orders will be shipped once payment has cleared.
We use 'Australia Post" or a courier for all deliveries within Australia
Delivery Fees: Metro areas $14.99 for individual gift hampers. Individual hampers over $99 will receive free shipping within Australia*.
Delivery Schedule: Tiny Souls do not deliver on public holidays or weekends. Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday.
Delivery Information: Please ensure delivery details are carefully entered. We are unable to change the delivery address once your hamper has shipped. A re-delivery fee will incur for an incorrect address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Hampers will be dispatched next business day if ordered and paid for, Monday-Friday (AEST.
Delivery times vary depending on location. We are located in Sydney, estimated delivery times are between 1-7 days.
Once your baby gift hamper has shipped, it is in the hands of Australia Post/courier. We do our best to ensure your gift hamper arrives on time, however any delays that occur is out of our control. We will always attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Express delivery is available upon request at an additional cost. Please contact us for this option.
