Refunds & Returns


Should you need to cancel your order, please contact Tiny Souls immediately on 0404045032 or info@tinysouls.com.au. Reasonable notice must be provided. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Tiny Souls.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Tiny Souls if a gift has not been delivered. Once we are notified we will investigate and ensure the gift is delivered.

Refunds will not be given for late deliveries. This is beyond our control. 

We do not refund if you change your mind once the gifts have been dispatched.

If you find fault with any of our products, please notify us within 7 days so we can replace the gift. Please return the product unused and in its original packaging. Tiny souls will replace the faulty product on approval of fault.

The postage cost for returning the faulty item will unfortunately not be refunded, however you will not be charged for postage on replacing the faulty item. If we do not have the product in stock we will offer a replacement product of equal value or a refund for the faulty product. 

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.

We cannot refund or exchange gifts that are not to the liking of the recipient.
